The Customer Portal allows you to access your account, update your information, message the pet business, and request reservations at your own convenience. ProPet works on a request basis, meaning that you request needs to be approved by the pet business before it is confirmed. I will walk you through step by step, to show you all the features of the Customer Portal.

Text Messaging Integrations

Dawgs in Motion’s online customer portal – Propet – allows us to utilize special integrations to provide our customers with easy booking and connections with our staff. When navigating your portal you will have the option to recieve text or email messaging by agreeing to the text message opt-in agreement! (see below)
