Cancellation and Makeup Policies:

If you cancel your class 8 days or more prior to the start date of your class you will receive a full refund, cancellation 1-7 days prior to class will result in a cancellation fee, we do not issue refunds for cancellation or dropping out on the start date or after a class has already started.

Makeup classes will be guaranteed if Dawgs in Motion reschedules a class due to trainer illness, weather, etc., however, if a student misses class we can not guarantee a make-up class with your current trainer, but you will still receive all of your homework and materials for the missed class.

Make up classes may be scheduled with a trainer as a private lesson at the owner present private lesson charge during available times or after your in-session group class if there is not a class following yours. These must be scheduled ahead of time and can be paid over the phone or in-person at the facility.

Dawgs in Motion does not work with aggression cases. We would be happy to refer you to other local trainers that can help with aggression!
