If you have never used the portal before please contact us to set up your account and issue a temporary password. Payment is due upon the approval of your class request. You can upload a card to your account and pay immediately.
Step 3: Once your session is booked you will need to sign the customer policy if you have not already done so. This can be done through the customer portal.
Step 4: Sign the training agreement associated with your class through the customer portal.
What if I can’t make it to class?
Attending each class is vitally important to ensure the success of your team. If you are not able to make class you will need to do a make up class with your trainer privately—this is an additional cost! We do this to ensure your team is successful and are getting the most out of the course. When a class is missed it can push training back as dogs require consistency and skills are often built upon as the class progresses. We do understand that there may be circumstances that may prevent you from making every session and if you are unable to find someone to bring your dog to class we will do our best to ensure you are able to get the material for the class.
Dogs must attend all classes and must be present for the last class when examination takes place. If you cannot attend, you will need to schedule a make-up session with one of our certified trainers. This will be a 30-minute owner present private session and will be charged at the rate of a private lesson. If you choose not to make-up the session you will still receive your instructional and homework handout but unfortunately your dog will not be able to graduate from the course as attendance to each session is required.
If your team misses the last class they will not graduate.
